Cheesy Pepperoni Roll-Ups (Keto-Friendly)

Ingredients:

  • Mozzarella cheese slices (or provolone, cheddar, etc.)
  • Italian seasoning (store-bought or homemade – see below)
  • Chili flakes (optional for spice)
  • Black pepper (optional)
  • Pepperoni slices (or salami/turkey pepperoni)
  • Keto-friendly marinara sauce (optional – recipe below)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (prevents sticking).
  3. Lay out cheese slices on the parchment. Leave space between them.
  4. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over each slice.
  5. Add chili flakes or black pepper to taste.
  6. Place 2–3 pepperoni slices on each cheese slice.
  7. Bake for 5–6 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and edges are just browning.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool for about 1 minute.
  9. Gently roll up each slice using tongs or your fingers (once cool enough to handle).
  10. Serve warm, with or without dipping sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp dried basil
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)

Instructions:

  • Mix all ingredients in a jar or spice container.
